In an organization people are playing vital role. So,
the people who work in that organization are asset to the organization. Human
Resources Management practices the recruitment, recruitment, placement, and
management of employees in an organization.
Employee and employer relationship
are depending on human resource management. To complete the mission statement
of the organization and maintain organizational culture human resource
management gives unmeasurable support. HRM is mainly responsible for hiring and
recruiting skillful personal to the organization to achieve organizational
goals. Not only that but also have to conducting interpersonal skilled
development programs, outbound training program to develop skills and sharpen
skills of recruited employees. Well trained, well developed, skillful employees
lift the organization beyond the expected level.
Due to many of reasons employees may demotivate while
they are working in the organization. One main pillar of human resource
management is employee motivation. There are many ways to motivate employees. Awards,
rewards, appreciations, increments, promotions are some of motivation factors.
First, they have to identify the reason for demotivating and according to that
the HR should approach the employees to be motivated. If the employees are
happy to work the process will be easy to manage and that’s how the
organization become the Great Place to Work.
